I have always approached life and business with passion. I believe that in order to live a fulfilled life one needs to be passionate about all aspects of life; family, spiritualty, hobbies, community, fun time, and of course one’s work.  We spend a good portion of our waking lives at work, so it made sense to me that one had better love what they do and endeavor to make a difference in this world.
Being the detail oriented organized person that I am, my early 30 year career in financial services handling funds and designing retirement plans was a great fit.  I was privileged to have met and worked with hundreds of folks and businesses. I found that quite often the topic of travel and vacations would arise in conversations.  It occurred to me that just like a retirement plans, most folks place a high value on vacations and travel, essentially they were investing in themselves and their peace of mind.

My career had already afforded me extensive travel vacation opportunities to far off destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Holland, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, England, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and many islands in the Caribbean.  Not to mention Alaska and Hawaii.  It seemed that I was already a travel expert and found myself offering advice to my financial clients.

Life was trying to tell me something. “ Judy you love travel, you like to talk about travel, you are detail oriented, it’s time to starting helping folks with another type of investment; dream vacations!”  I listened. Retiring from financial services in 2005 I embarked on a new journey. The mild mannered funds specialist from Monument Colorado had arrived at her true calling: travel professional for Cruise Holidays. It’s been 10 wonderful years, 25 plus cruises, and countless land vacations and resorts since that fateful day.

Someone once asked me “What’s Your Dream Vacation?”  For me it’s about the memories! Having experienced the world of travel both as a customer and a travel professional my first love in travel has to be a river cruise:  the five star boutique ships of Uniworld are breathtaking; sipping a glass of fine wine while relaxing on the sundeck of AmaWaterways’ AmaCello as she gently traverses the Rhine Gorge; and of course waking to the stunning French balcony views on Avalon Waterways.  My love of river cruising has prompted me to specialize in all of the river cruise lines and destinations available to explore. 
In this digital age there is so much choice and information available at one’s fingertips. My mission as your cruise and travel expert is to help you to make the right decisions to gain the most value from your next ocean cruise, river cruise or premium luxury vacation.  A vacation is about making memories that will last a life time.

As a travel professional I have been able to bring the personal touch to all my clients, from the time they begin thinking about that next luxury river cruise or resort vacation, through the research, booking process, bon voyage, and welcome home, I am with you every step of the way.  Perhaps my greatest satisfaction is having repeat clients call me and simply say “book my next vacation” safe in the knowledge that I will customize a wonderful itinerary that will exceed their expectations, be it a river cruise, ocean cruise or premium luxury resort.
